Very well located, spacious and well equipped rooms, good receptive staff. The only aspect is the rate, which is on the higher side compared to leading 3/4 star hotel chains. Particularly impressed with the staff, who are always positive and try to figure out a solution. Special mention of Mr. Sanjay at Reception, who left a god impression due to his promptness and positivity. However, the breakfast spread surely can be improved in terms of choices and options. If one is not very keen on branded properties, it is a decent option.

Gym is alright Swimming Pool is nice (gym and pool around 200m away) Food is good Staff is very nice and helpful Sometimes staff is a bit confused due to which guest gets confused regarding food and stuff (buffet or room service) bathroom layout could be better a bit expensive breakfast doesn't have much change very much on daily basis (overall good mix of food) dinner is good Parking Good Location overall nice place to stay expensive

Pathetic experience, will not refer any one to come here.Noisy environment. Ac was not working the whole night, and they didnt had any extra room. Most disastrous experiences of Delhi!👎👎

I requested for additional heating as the central heating system was not warming up the room. After over an hour .. the guy turns up with an oil heater and says the socket near the entrace will as there are no sockets near the bed. Also the intercom & phone services were not working ... so no room service nor connecting to the reception waa possible. Terrible service and unprofessinal staff. Wouldnt recommend this place at all.
