Property and food is fine but the management who is taking care this property seems not able to manage the things properly. For one thing you will have to call many times so can say poor room service and room cleanliness. Exhaust of the toilet making too much noise, towels were provided on asking 3 times, toilet roll was not in the room ideally all these things should have been checked in the room when keys are delivered to the customer, it's the duty of housekeeping staff to check all things. ...more

totally worthless,front office behaviour is very bad,especially night lady managertwo things i want to ask-1. when my 7month baby girl became ill,i came to front desk for help,they ask we don't know about ramnagar,you do your self,that lady managar ask us i am new that's,i don't now anything.-2.we stayed two days in premieum room,second night room ac is not working around 7.00pm, we complaint,after many time complaint they shifted to low catagery room after 2.00 hours.(note-as my 7 month baby gi ...more

This property is not a 4 star rating level. Multiple concerns during the stay.
--Room's AC doesn't work, complained about it, got it fixed, again stopped working.
--There is no civic sense and no regulation from the Hotel management team. People were drinking and eating at the pool site, with little kids playing inside the pool.
--The things that you have not ordered were added to your bill at the time of checkout. When asked for the signature on the bills then they don't have it.

it was a pleasant stay at the resort. the chef is amazing here. mr. vikas, the manager is really helpful, he upgraded our room into premium category without any request. we would certainly come back to stay the resort.
