First of all it is not Dolphin Holiday Home.Secondly I had paid online for studio apartment with two rooms and got one studio apartment with no TV recharge. Very very bad experience.And first time in my life I experienced a hotel who takes security deposit of rs.1000 and when I refused they deposited my I d card. Waste of money and my valuable two nights. One hotel with multiple names and wrong locations.

front desk well behaved, cooperative, ever-smiling jacky/Vishal, hassle-free check-in and check out location. 500 metres from beach approaching mid of Calangute to Candolim. rooms are specious on first floor provided by balcony neat and clean but some old look, food like home very much appreciable their food cooked by Amit and associates at normal costs over all not star facility but totally value for money. peaceful and lovely place and people if possible I will again see you dolphin thanks Amit , jacky and all dedicated staff

good hotel in average budget , 500 metres from beach , front desk was helpful and ever smiling , me Amit and jacky are good persons with unexpected huminity , kitchen provides home like food in very much reasonable prices thanks me Amit ,jacky and all staff which behave wins our heart ,overall a good accommodation with moderate budget ,safe for family and couples in all respects

It was not so good experience. I have booked for 3 days and had to checkout in one day due to the issues from the hotel.Next is ac and television was old and not working properly after complaining also the issue was not resolved. At night by 12 electricity was gone and complained lots of time but the staffs were not at all helpful were behaving so rude, then we complained then only they ready to shift to another hotel at 2am. worst Experience since Check in.. 1. No Hot water in Evening after coming from Beach to bath.. very disappointed.. 2. No TV for 2 days as it's include in itenery and not working and got repair on 3 rd day. 3. Not recd breakfast even after 10 am and when asked for this they say the stock is out and when we asked then only they provide.. Very disappointed to see such type of service.. 4. sanitizers is not available at the room as it's written in thier service book.. no Safety so far.. 5. Beh ...more

it was our wonderful experience. we jave enjoy lot in goa n room was ver clean and safe . breakfast was good n full service available for us. but hot water was not coming in bathroom it should be seee properly for all customer. so my suggestion is that please check hot water for bathroom...
