Hotel Dolphin was good. My family enjoyed very much in your hotel and behaviour of all staffs was polite.... food quality was very good, hygienic and delicious.

Overall good experience. But the hotel Dolphin, Bakkhali is at present under renovation. Under the circumstances the management tried his best to provide best services .

Amenities available but rooms are untidy & uncleaned very poorly maintained Unprofessional room service. Cockroaches were moving on the floor. Too much bad experience.

worse staying, Staff behavior worse, unhygienic food with spider net and insects,very hard and tiny bed,bathroom with broken shower, TV not working,ac not cooled the room at all in 2 days staying, nuisance, disturbing stuffs harassing at night beyond 12 am. food delivered after 2 hours of booking. dirty bed cover and towel etc.

Terrible service. breakfast delivered after 1.5 hrs. No lift, you may have to climb up to the 3rd/4th floor. The hotel is 3 Km away from the beach. I Got TV recharged after following up several times. Unclean bed sheet and pillow cover. Very limited breakfast options. Breakfast included means just a cup of tea or coffee and either bread butter/omlet or luchi sabji/dal. They called me up urgently from the beach, destroying my holiday evening, suspecting that the water tap is open in my locked roo ...more
