Loved this hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, food was tasty and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Staff were really friendly too. Would definitely recommend for families.

Dolphin hotel is good choice to stay with family because of location, cleanness, service and swimming pool. However, my experience is not so good, because my room ac is not working properly. In 24 hrs, average 60 percent resting in the room, but room ac cooling was not good. In Visakhapatnam humidity is on higher side so it's very uncomfortable to stay in the room. Food is good and tasty.

When you book a 4-Star hotel , you are looking out for peaceful stay with your family not that daily construction work disturbing your and your family's peace of mind. Even after repeated complaining about the noise still not resolution given unless i had to connect with a senior manager and request him for which my room was changed. The hotel ambiance is good but Lot of Mosquitoes in the rooms. I literally had to kill 20 Mosquitoes in the midnight so that my kids sleep properly. I felt sleepy the next day due to disturbed sleep.
