Support staff was not good, hygiene was at par not as per hilton standards at all, ZERO flexibility in terms of accommodating added services and buffet food was very much limited.

Lots of noise in the room like some drilling or heavy machinery was used.
Basic necessities were missing like toiletries, special request for late check-out was not accepted,no anniversary celebration gesture nothing that could mark as Hilton experience
Wifi was not working at all, even after multiple complaints, nothing was done to resolve it
WiFi completely 0, couldn't work because of it ,had to use my personal internet for all meetings
