Good hotel by Hilton in a busy location of Pandeypur. Nice welcome with rudraksh garland and warm cookies. Hotel is around 7-8 km from Kashi Vishwanath temple and takes around 25-30 minutes by auto. We had a buffet dinner once at the restaurant but it was pretty mediocre. I have stayed in other Hilton hotels both in India and abroad but the buffet spread that was served here is below par and is not commensurate with the pricing. Very limited options too. Cleanliness at checkin is good but later on stays its not good. Food is very expensive breakfast has a wide variety but tastes average. Chai is bad. Location wise its not premium its bad. However staff is soft n sweet thats the only plus. Rest its a 3 star experience not 5. Spa is good btw if u can afford. My mom is on wheelchair and cannot walk much. So accessibility in case of any out door trips is unavailable as its all about visiting temples n ghats. Or Accessibility in room of wheel chair as the availability is only two. One should explore hotels in Cantonment side

Had a fantastic stay at Double Tree Hotel by Hilton, Varanasi. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the reception, especially Mr.Rahul was excellent and room service was overall incredibly friendly and helpful. At the Divo restaurant, Mr.Abhradeep provided excellent service and his recommendations made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and give 5 stars to this 5-star hotel!
