The roomd were shabby and suffocating unclean washrooms the handle of the almirah was broken . I tried to heat up the room but the temperature dropped dow by 2 degree. Later they told me fhe hearing sstem doesnt work in the vent.
There is no female staff in the hotel
Neither in eveningnor morning shift

There was no chair and table in the room. when asked two chars of different designs were provided in the room .aTowels provided are not of good quality No tooth paste was available in the bathroom we have to ask for it.Complimentary foods served in the room no buffey system there in the hotel .Electric kettle with two cups available in the room but tea bags with sugar and milk pouch were not there.Dinner served in the room food quality was not to the standard chapatis served were very hard.

staff was non cooperative.. toilet was unclean.. bed and bed sheet were dirty and seems to be used.. tab was not working.. shower was having leak problem.. there was no shower gell

Didn’t satisfied with the room provided and poor service . Room and washroom was not properly cleaned
TV and set-op box was also not working
Whenever tried to call at reception / kitchen / room service Nobody answered calls . Room's condition was actually very poorly and of low quality. Also there were , spider web on roof. bed was also of very low quality, always make sound while sitting and standing
Overall , had very disappointing experience .
