Sorry to say but hotel ki washroom ki condition kaafi beekar tha, paani kabi dhang se aata nhi, no room ki saaf safai, bolne pe just smile de kr rha jayege, hotel ka food kaafi beekar tha

It was totally heavoc for staying in hotel Downtown. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. I stayed there for 8 days, while checking in they neither provided toiletaries nor even towel. When asked for towel on the next day they said that it has been sent for cleaning when it will come they provide the same. After 2 days they gave towel and that to not properly cleaned. Hotel lacks basic cleanliness. Bedsheets, towels, flooring everything is dirty. Lift is not present. Not worth the money paid for. The guy at the reception was good & friendly. That's the only saving grace for this hotel.
