To start with we did not get to stay at the property that we booked. We were made to stay at an OYO property with extremely poor service and horrible room condition. It's worse at such a level that we were denied room cleaning even. Its been a nightmare experience. We had a last minute cancellation of a room due to unplanned sickness, I understand we aren't allowed to expect a refund, but when we are compromising with the property and the service I expect a refund or a compensation for the same. This is unacceptable when I have paid a hiked room rate due to peak season.

first of all this is not a resort. it is a homestay. they do not have fooding facility on demand. very far from main road. they do not even have packaged drinking waters. they also charged extra money for bedsheet.
overall prety bad experiance.

very nice place to stay, homely atmosphere with nice garden and very friendly staff, only problem if they could give wifi and tv then it would be a stealer deal in this price.
