Great stay at Hotel Diwedi. Very much co operative stuff and the manager/owner of the hotel. Also upgraded the room from Milap to Normal room. view of rive Ganges from the restaurant was amazing. would recommend the hotel.

the rooms and bathrooms are very conjusetd and no geyser and hot water not repaired geyser, not enough drinking water provided for water bottle need to purchase externally and rate also high but services not as expected as per money less service with high cost

overall, hotel staff has not maintained hygiene. the bed sheets were used. the pillow covers had marks of old guest. the complimentary breakfast portion was very small.

The first room offered to us was on the rooftop, it was an old room and had an older AC which wasn't able to cool down the room even after running for a few hours at it's lowest and we were still profusely sweating. We were offered another room on the lower floor which was comparatively better than the first one but then at night there was a big rat running inside the room. The place was old and not well maintained, not worth the price they are charging for suite rooms.

Good staff of cleaning and restaurant. Not much good experience with management. Also they tried to take more money when Bill was paid also the cab they provided the amount was paid and still they asked to pay again.
Location was best near ganga ghat. Serene view. Stay was good
