The hotel is situated just beside the Ganges, on the Rana Mahal Ghat, so location is beautiful, but entry to the hotel is a bit clumsy as one has to walk a bit through the narrow lanes of old Varanasi after being dropped at the last motorable road at Sonarpura and then taking rickshaw upto Madanpura. The stairs are narrow & steep, elderly persons might find it a bit challenging. Great stay at Hotel Diwedi. Very much co operative stuff and the manager/owner of the hotel. Also upgraded the room from Milap to Normal room. view of rive Ganges from the restaurant was amazing. would recommend the hotel.

the rooms and bathrooms are very conjusetd and no geyser and hot water not repaired geyser, not enough drinking water provided for water bottle need to purchase externally and rate also high but services not as expected as per money less service with high cost

overall, hotel staff has not maintained hygiene. the bed sheets were used. the pillow covers had marks of old guest. the complimentary breakfast portion was very small.
