pleasant stay... kids and family friendly place. food available from swiggy or dominoes.helpful staff. ask them for local tour cabs.

Behavior of hotel staff friendly and cooperative. Hot water facility. Arrangement for hot up the drinking water. Although room is small but values for money it is enough. Family atmosphere. Overall nice experiencew with Eadenz cottage.

We had an excellent stay in the property. The location was also very prominent. Staff services was good. There were complimentary breakfast in the hotel which also tastes good.

Walkable distance from Ooty market. Good hotels are nearby. Located in a steep road. Little difficult to drive a car. Rooms are small, but accommodate 4 person. Clean and spacious bathroom. Car parking available for 6 cars. Restaurant is available only during season times. On other days tea and coffee are available. Good homely stay. Not too much of restrictions and the staffs are very friendly. Nothing to say negative.

We booked for a double deluxe room for 4 adults. I informed the hotel owner that we will be reaching in the evening and the owner said ok. when we reached the hotel we were informed that the room is not ready some construction going on and they give us 2 separate rooms which were horrible. The blankets were smelling badly and the sheets are not clean. we didn't get the rooms we booked (double deluxe rooms for 4 adults) and instead got 2 horrible dirty rooms which were not even worth 200rs. pathetic experience.

good atmosphere, budget cottage stay, good & Friendly hospitality service, overall a nice stay,. check-in at 2 hours prior & booked for 3 single bedded room, but they gave me double bed room without extra charges..... would recommend to other for sure overall a good stay
