Hotel is superb but there is one bad policy they are not allow to meet guest which is stay in hotel actually my family's was stay their hotel and i go to meet them but reception executive say me you cant go inside the hotel if you want to go inside the hotel you have to pay amount and say that this is our hotel policy ,who made this type of policy and its policy is acceptable very disappointed policy hotel management comity please look into this matter ???????????/

Worse hotel stay I have ever stayed. Receptionist was so rude. The room was very untidy , not providing enough basic things in the room. If we complaining regarding anything they would tell us to contact and talk to them they are not responsible. I would not suggest this hotel room for anyone especially for couples. The rude behaviour of receptionist.

BOOKING DISASTER!
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. Despite pre-booking a room for my family, upon arrival, we were abruptly shifted to a cheaper room at a completely different hotel within their group.
