I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The bathroom flush and faucet were not working, and there was water leakage from the shower. This caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort. I expected better maintenance from a hotel.

this time the stay was horrible. on the second day of my stay, had ordered for veg thali and lime juice at 7:30 pm. even after repeated checks, food was delivered around 9:40 pm. the restaurant staff neither the reception staff, have the manners to say that it would really late to deliver the food. if they had mentioned that, we could order food from outside or go out. this is the first time i have faced such an issue at this property. also the reception staff on 28th night, was not able to co ...more
