They were sending us to a different location but the room was near beach and we were happy with it. The staff was some rude but during season its common.

It was a wonderful stay. Pictures say the rest. Property is near the colva beach. The owner Mr. Varma and the staff are very helpful. Mr. Varma himself is a fabulous chef and i recommend to have all meals here only. Only one request, to delay checkout time as 10.30am is too early for Goa.

The owner of the hotel has given my room to other guy and he has provided me another guest house. Not recomended for any family as at any point of time they can deny your booking.
