Resort was good and food was great. Service was good and with utmost hospitality. But rooms did not have much amenities for the price point. Hot water didn't work. TV plugs were loose and didnt work half the time. Kettle switch was broken. No toiletries in the restroom.

Stay was average.
Swimming pool water is stinging and not maintained, lot of leaves in it.
Bathroom - Water issue. It stops suddenly and we have to call reception, and wait a long time. It happened twice, evening and morning.
Don't expect too much.no entertainment for family I feel

There was no TV remote in room. Phone was not working. Towels and linen were not that clean. They are running low on no:of staff.

the stay was nice and the location was good,the park and swimming pool i like the most, staff behaviour was nice and food is also good, room was neat and clean wifi and tv not satisfied
the wifi connectivity was so bad no speed and connectivity issues lot of times, and in tv only free channels was added like news only no paid channels are added that was a big negative otherwise all things are good

Best property to stay with family and friends. Kids will definitely enjoy a lot. Special mention to the food served.
