    Property is large and rooms are spacious. However food at the restaurant is very expensive. After confirming with the front desk about ordering and cutlery provision for zomato orders, I ordered from Zomato. They provided cutlery for lunch and denied it for dinner saying that they don't provide cutlery zomato orders. Overall lack of standardized rules.

    looking at building i felt, this will be an awesome place to stay. Reception area, Parking area all looks very good but the moment you enter in hotel, you meet hotel staff, you check-in in room, you feel total unprofessional stuff all across hotel. Bedsheets are too dirty, no soap in washroom, hot water comes after waiting 30 mins of tap opened, dirty curtains, food is too bad and they take advance of everything, means if you order something to eat, they will take payment then and there, wouldn' ...more
