This hotel can be set as 1 Star. It's ok to stay here for an intransit stay in agra road and not for someone visiting jaipur for sight seeing. 1. Rooms not clean 2. Dirty Beds sheets , they changed in 3 attempts. 3. Mattress and pillows not comfortable. 4. Very dirty bathroom - limited water with central heating which causes shortage of water in morning 5. TV remotes and dish not working. 6. And the worst case , we were travelling with baby and asked for a light breakfast ( bread toast and tea) around 9:30 AM in morning and they were unable to provide, saying there are lot of orders.

Hotel was avrage bad sheet was too old and dirty bathroom was not up to mark and it's avrage stay at Eden hotel jaipur

Why you are doing this this property owner claims from me extra GST. I paid with tax when i come in hotel then i paid extra GST amount 300 in hotel. Hotel staff saying we not allow 3 occupancy why you take my booking

Location of property is good but the condition of rooms is not good. There is also a leakage in washroom and service is very poor.

Extremely dirty hotel, washrooms are unclean and black pots. No proper water in bathrooms. Bedding is dirty and their beds are damaged and not in good condition. Service is so poor and extremely slow. We changed our rooms thrice and all rooms are dirty. Not recommended at all. Zero stars.
