The hotel is very nice. its location is excellent. The staffs are very cooperative, and professional. The room was was clean and hygienic.. Every thing was excellent. I recommend this hotel again and again.

Pleased with the service delivery, I had a comfortable stay with my family. I believe this is one of the best hotel in this locality and near by. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Jasola Vihar before but I have experienced Eden as the best in all. Value for Money too!

i booked bcz i had exam in sarita vihar and it was far so had to book auto ok for morning early shift.. and in reality rooms are completely different..in real they were not good..my room were just average.Ac was not working bcz gysyer was working thats what i got the reply from the hotel manager..and in room it was..kind of suffocation..as exhaust was not working .restaurant was not working so i had to do zomato..

The rooms were small and the corridor was smelly. It was all very cramped. The Room did not have a set top box and when asked to turn the tv on the the staff wanted me to stay without the TV. Upon my insistence for the TV they brought a set top box which was not functional and then they just left saying we will get it done. Nothing was done. When in bathroom, there was no water. It took around 1 hour for the water to be functional. The location is good but I won't be staying there again.
