The hotel was overbooked, on arrival the hotel reception asked to check in to another hotel Since I was tired and busy at the same time, couldn't do anything about it then .This is highly unexpected and unprofessional of Eennra Oiitijhya , that in spite of booking and making the full payment well in advance, I was denied check in at the hotel I booked and forced to move to another property which was not at par with the room and price I paid for in my original hotel booking.
