the food was good and the services provided by the staff members was appreciable. however, the geyser was not working and the ac remote was not working. the tv also was not working properly. but, the location of the ekante cottage, beside the lake, goes beyond all expectations. overall the stay was ok

horrible. not worth paying 6000 bucks. the property is not at all maintained. we couldn't sleep properly because of cockroaches in the room. bedsheets are torn and stained. no water supply in the morning to freshen up. food is average. poor variety of breakfast. the property has an awesome synic beauty, but if the basic amenities are not served properly it is a horrible place to stay.

Really appreciate that they provided golf cart from cottage to restaurant as my wife couldn't walk due to injury.
The hygiene can be improved upon.. there were dead flies on the breakfast tables. Food quality is average.
They don't have provision of ice for drinks and they don't allow delivery guys to come to cottages nor do they collect from delivery guys and deliver to cottages. So I had to order ice from blinkit and collect the delivery from security at the property entrance.
The property is beautiful and waterbody looks beautiful from inside the cottage.

overall it was good experience, service was also good, even food taste and quality are also good. area of improvement is cleaning and hygiene. where dust is visible in the sofa. ac remote was not functioning.

Staffs were courteous.. however amenities need to improve and maintenance to be done better. Soil bedsheets and very soft bed are not done.
