we had fallen sick from our journey and made a request for a lemon which was also too much for them to provide. you ask for 2 towels you get one. fridge barely worked. the room was nice the staff was polite but not very cooperative or understanding of your need or request.

no hot water during winter both the days , even after complaining they dint care to fix it . evening you get boiling water and morning it stops. shower not working. no prompt action even if you complain. hotels rooms are good and restaurant is good too.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very unethical behaviour by the hotel staff. I have booked two deluxe rooms in this property, but I was provided with one deluxe room and other small normal room and after showing them, the booking receipt that I had booked two deluxe room, they just ignored the conversation like I was staying there without paying them. Please think twice to book a room in this hotel. Not good
