we booked the premium cottage but the room we received was not like premium. it just like standard cottage. the bathroom facility is too bad bcz there is no soap , it’s mandatory to all hotels and also the water were not clear from the bathroom, i think the hole where the water goes got blocked. the outer side or nature were awesome and no words to say… i’m not satisfied about the room we got

Hi , Staying at Eletaria Resort at Kattpana is wonderful experience. Especially the location, ambiance and the place. Well maintaining and clean place.Especially the morning break fast menu🥰Staff Team Also very cooperative and humble ones.We will definitely planned a next family trip to there

Staff behavior, amenities and services were average. Located away from main tourist spots. There was dining facility but it was costly. There was no complimentary services.
