The location is good Amenities: The electric was not working and when requested to change, the replacement come with spider webs and full of dirt, they did not check the kettle before handing over Food: The food was salty, on my previous visit it was good but this time not up to the mark Looking at the brand Singature Group, the hotel was not up to the mark

The lady at the reception was rude and doesn't listen to anything. It was mentioned in property policy that we are supposed to pay only ₹350 extra for an additional bed, but she charged ₹1000 for it ,when I told her regarding this she said she doesn't believe in this policy and all. Washroom is not good, jet spray was not working
