Food was good but It was a worst experience in trip wifi not available in room, tv not working.gizer was not working .i m booked room for 14 to 16 but 15 morning i m end my trip

it is the worst experience ever. there are power cuts with no back up generator. even where there is light majority of the day there was not enough power supply to make ac or fan work, only lights were on. Poor maintenance. pool is pathetic. water accumulated beside the pool is green in color nobody has bothered cleaning it. guests were constantly complaining of inadequate services, rooms were not allotted timely, there is no room service at least not in the villa. Had worst experience before check in, as our jacuzzi villa already got sold out even after paid full amount and we got to know jst one day before. Hence compromised with basic apartment as we already paid. Now will share pros and cons- Pros: 1. Food was good. 2. Located in forest to help relax our mind. 3. Entrance of resort. Cons: 1. the Jacuzzi villa needs a make over, there were no baisc amenities available like Towels, glasses and the cupboard didn't have hangers or any arrangements for hanging clothes. the latch of the bathroom door was broken from inside. the tiles around the Jacuzzi tub were broken. AC tripped in middle of night had to use fan thereafter. not upto the mark ‼️

Elite Forest Retreat:-nPros:- Hotel land is too huge, plush greenery is all around, proper connecting roads are there, asthetic view of hotel is good, Swimming pool is awesome, room interiors is awesome, restaurant is good, indoor games facilities are good, hotel staff is cooperative . nCons:- Room service is not provided, room telephone service not working, room cable Tv not working.

Pathetic. If u r looking for a comfortable and leisure stay, just ignore this Hotel. it was the worst experience of lifetime. Not even basic room facilities are thr. No electricity, no network, no hospitality, no amenities. Even the basic needs were missing. Untrained, unprofessional, misbehaved staff. Though they have power backup but reception person clearly say that we don't turn it on for 2-3 guests unless the full property is occupied. Rooms very badly filled with sealen smell and same can be seen on walls. A big NO for this property.

This is a private property run on lease by Elite Hospitality. Rooms are not maintained properly. Safety issue, any one can enter through glass sliding door from outside. Bed size is too small for two adults. Basic things like wall mounted hangers, bathroom stool also not available. Frequent power failure. Though there is a generator back up but hotel management will wait for 30 to 40 minutes to get it started. Staff is well behaved, but most are unprofessional , untrainedexcept one on receiption.

electricity issue observed as place is very inside. no generator available at site.no one for your luggage. you can have your own.food is awesome as well food manager.swimming pool is good.room is ok expect fans, ac works wellfor one day picnic you can enjoy.

wonderful experience. property was spread in 110 acres. we found mango wadi, chicko wadi, jackfruit trees, kaju trees, amazing trek points.Nature everywhere. greenery.
