Experience was horrible.....i had to leave the hotel before schedule and booked another hotel. Service and behaviour of the hotel management not at all good....not satisfied.

Hotel is very far away from main almora- in Almora District, and very far away from any nearby amenities. Photos has fireplace etc. show, but not available. in advance what you need in food as one needs to purchase stuff, as per the hotel.TV was not working w.r.t. channels as it was not paid for. Had to follow up multiple times to get the same resolved.

Staff behavior, services and amenities were nice. Location was good but it was inconvenient for parking. Parking was provided as complimentary services.

Hi.....Pls understand... Everything is relative! A Maggi cooked n served properly at a remote place makes ur day n satisfies Ur taste buds as much as a three course dinner at a 5*. In my view this place is a steal for those looking for some quality "me " time........"Far from the maddening croud".......If u get what i mean.. Service is limited but personalised....."Harish" the bearer is available at Ur back n call.......N imagine the owner running a busy hotel at Nainital takes time to ring u up n enquire... Kudos.......Highly recommended at my end.....

The resort is based out in a very remote location, though it is good for people who want to relax however the quality of rooms will not satisfy you, also there is no bon fire arrangement inside the room as shown in the pictures and you have to pay Rs.600 to arrange it in the ground, the amenities provided are also not up to the mark . The staff is courteous however they do not have sufficient resources to make your stay comfortable for which the management have to step up and provide them enough resources to help the customer.

Hotel Elphinstone Himalayan Resort is located at such a vantage point that the breathtaking view is of the Himalayas is available from your room itself. Surrounded by great flora and fauna, misty mountains and vast,enchanting valleys,one feels elated to find one's roots in nature.Mr Hitesh Shah and his team go out of their way to make you feel at home. The interiors and food quality were excellent.
