in the 2 suites i booked there was no hot water
the restaurant wherein they served breakfast was *horrendous* with very dirty entrance
the interiors are good but other things that make up the whole customer experience needs to be improved

There were many shortcomings in the hotel like the room which was in the picture was not given, there was no water bottle in the room, the bedsheet was very dirty, so I checked out on the same day, it was bad

no cleaning on request also. i stayed 5-6 days but no one replaced the bed sheet also after several reminders.the dustbin was kept full like this from earlier only.there was leakage of pipe under the wash bash. the receptionist told me that he will change the room and allot me other room,but after that he said no room vaccant.

The rooms were not good according to the price. There was a smell of dampness in the room. Toilets are not clean. Dustbins are full of garbage.
There is a lot of dust all around the corners of the bed. No double bed, two single beds are joined.
Overall Bad experience.
