We stayed for 1 day in emerald urban comforts. We booked through goibibo. Hotel Rooms are big and very neat. Reception people also are kind and helpful. They guided us regarding local sightseeing. Mysore palace is just 2.7 kms from Hotel. It is not a forced review. I myself came from trip and giving the review.

Had a really wonderful experience staying at the Hotel. Definitely deserves to be in the premium category. Also, a big shout out to the staff members there, especially Manjunath Sir, who was really helpful in guiding us for the places to visit around and the perfect timings to visit them. Kudos to the hospitality. Would really recommend everyone to stay at the hotel and experience it. Also, its restaurant at the hotel Sattvikl has really nice vegetarian food.

no complimentary breakfast is given for from city centre no thali is available only startups and biryanis availabul no gst invoice is given at the time of vacaty and told it will be available only in Goibibo it is not given neatness good overall rating is good

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was courteous. We got an upgrade, which was nice! The breakfast buffet was tasty. The restaurant overall is pretty and the food is reasonably priced.The location is central. The Palace and Zoo are very near and good transportation is available easily.The upgrade. People at the restaurant - we wanted zero spicy dal for our kid and they gave us the zero spicy dal. I am forgetting the name of the lady who took our order, but she was a delight!
