Room were very clean, next to main road, Complementary breakfast was delicious. Most importantly cofee was good where People from Karnataka find it difficult to have their taste of T and cofee in Kerala .

4 KM away from the bus stand. not a business class hotel. No hygiene tea mugs are dirty room floor is not properly mopped.
I have booked for two days 5th May to 7th May for early morning check came at 6 early morning and received phone from the receptionist saying that i shall check out by 7th early morning 4.30 AM.
Knocking the gate for 10 min nobody was there to open the gate. I really don't understand why they have mentioned as business class hotel.

Very Bad Quality service:
Telephone Extension in the room ain't working,
Locks are damaged
Doesn't have toothpaste or a toothbrush in the washroom
Had to go out and purchase this.

Bathroom sink doesn't have hot water facility; and the curtain inside bathroom has stains.
Rest apart its a beautiful stay with clean space and sufficient car parking.

bathroom not clean properly & exhaust fan not working or 2 room light not working dressing side.
not bed....almost all is good.....but need to more improvement of maintenance room n bathroom

bathroom need some ventilation so that only exhaust will work properly because of that exhaust is running but the air is not going out properly and smell too

Rooms were very clean. Towels and bedsheets provided was clean and fresh. view from balcony in the morning was pleasent. Reception area and cafe was very well maintained. very cordial staff and receptionist. Breakfast was not buffet and didn't had much options,but still the food served was good. fridge,kettle and tea supplies was also there in room.
location is good and easily accessible. work desk provided in room was really helpfull. also locker facility was provided with cupboard.
