The linens were unwashed, no hand towels. Breakfast was bare minimum and bad. Service was poor. Did not provide extra glass in the room stating that extra glass will only be provided if we order drinks from the hotel, something unheard of. The behaviour of staff was very rude

The rooms were nice and big but there was ice falling out of the AC. And the breakfast was not a good spread for a buffet.

Hotel atmosphere is good, but its located bit far from beach! Also morning breakfast will be crowded and you won't get preferred food!

good hotel to stay in panjim, rooms are very spacious, swimming pool is on the top of the building, which creates an extra edge over other hotels. Good service
