property is good but maintainance was very poor. pool is not at all at working conditions, staff will tell you by the evening it will be clean then in the evening will say it will be cleaned in the morning but it wasn't there. I stay there for 2 days but unable to use pool.

Poor ambience, Poor management, Ciggarate smell in rooms as well as on floor, hairs on bed shows bed sheets were not changed. We booked two rooms and left them after this experience to next hotel. We got no refund.

totally a third class room service I have ordered for for it takes 1 hr to come but souces were missing again it takes 30 mints to bring the souces and the whole meal was got cold No towels No TV remotes No internet

The property was good but services were really poor. They need to improve their services. In our whole stay, they couldn't provide us towels, toiletries and hot water. The TV was also not working. Not good at all . Specially services and hospitality......
