The hotel is pathetic, useless very very bad service1. They give water in a used plastic bottles2. No dental kit, dirty towels and bed sheets3. Bad washrooms and leaked shower4. Bad staff5. Colourful quilts instead to elegant white one6. Dharamshala r much better than this hotelI don't recommend to anyone also request to take action on this hotel.

Very bad experience. Not gonna recommend this hotel to anyone. Room service is very slow. I ordered a cup of tea which they served in the room after 1 hour. I told them to clean my room in the morning and left the hotel to explore the city but when I got back to the hotel the room was not updated and when asked they told that they will clean after 5 pm, like which hotel have a time for cleaning the room,I don’t get it. The blankets were also duty, yellow marks were there over the blankets.

Room is Average .Tv was not working .... food is Good ... the Peoples who are working over there are also helpful .... but i think Their Service is Not Good enough.... when I enter the Room I go to Washroom nothing was there - No towel .. no soap . No Oil . Nothing .... these are very basic .. but They Didn't provide ... otherwise I don't have any Complain about this . Property management should take care of this .
Overall The Experience was Avenger ...

It was a nice stay with spacious and clean rooms, food was okay, service was okay and overall it was a good experience.
