We had a truly wonderful stay at Evaans Casa Homestay. The property was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Jackson, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was always available, extremely polite, and ensured every small detail was taken care of. His warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and homely stay!

rooms are very spacious and beautiful also it was very clean with good maintenance the property is same as shown in photos and videos we are very happy with their hospitality and cleanliness. they have a menu of local dishes and food was very tasty at a reasonable price. very special thanks to mallappa. a must visit place in Alleppey rooms are very clean food is tasty maintenance is very good very secure and hygienic place.

We had a good experience booking with Evaans. The Owner Jackson was so friendly and even offered early check-in. The only way accessible to the property was from a boat which was provided by the owner, the transition was very smooth. We enjoyed the scenic view of boats passing by with home cooked hot meals.

We booked 2 rooms and Jackson was so kind to us, we had 3 meals and it was very good homely cooked food especially the non-veg dinner was amazing! Best Staycation and very private, you can relax in the balcony overseeing the Shikaras and house boats passing since the place is located in one of the few main place in Alleppey. Very refreshing staycation and we'd chill in the balcony, have good food prepared by Jackson's mum. The property even had a garden behind with a bamboo shaft with paddy field view which was calm and peaceful.
