Without intimate us room booked by the owner to somebody esle. Didn't get the contact no to reach at hotel on tome. very bad service

The most disappointing holiday hotel stays of my life! Sub standard room, unclean sheets, light socket without lights, ripped door mat, no bin, no towel and toiletries provided, mosquitoes (front of hotel opens to a pile of garbage!)

The cottage is located conveniently in city and my overall experience at this cottage was average The surrounding of the cottage is average The staff were average in services The room given to me was average and maintained in clean condition with all the essential amenities The food quality at the cottage was poor As per my stay I can say the cottage is average but very expensive

The service of the cottage was good The allotted room was good in the cottage I didn t taste food from the cottage The activities were not arranged by the cottage I had visited this cottage for relaxation purpose with family I went to this cottage by my own vehicle The parking facility was available at the cottage There was no delay in check in and checkout The Wi Fi facility was not provided by the cottage I would recommend this cottage for upcoming travellers

I had visited this cottage with my colleagues for official trip The cottage was located outside the city I went to this cottage by my own vehicle The parking facility was not available at the cottage There was no problem in check in and checkout The service was provided on time The washroom was clean and tidy The activity was not conducted by the cottage Wi Fi connection was not provided in the cottage I would recommend this cottage to other travellers

I went to Ooty and stayed in this cottage The location of the cottage was excellent The appearance of the cottage was excellent internally and externally There was no delay in check in and checkout The staff members were helpful and friendly in service Overall service in the cottage was excellent The room in the cottage was excellent and it was well maintained with all basic amenities in working condition The food served in the cottage was excellent in quality and taste I did not utilise any of activities in the cottage

Cottage is so good and main thing is the view of cottage is very nice Room service is also good and never ate food there next time I should try that The room and bathroom is so clean and perfect there is a car parking and it is very nice We all enjoyed a lot and you also can enjoy it
