Very very worst room very ugly heater is not working i got shocked. lots of leaches are in rooms don't choose this room it bites my husband and my son lots of room are there in low tarrif so please don't select this room

The ambiance was good in properly. The staff was helpful. The food was delicious. There was a network problem at this place. It was a safe place to stay. Overall it was good to stay.

The location was good. The staff service was not satisfactory. They ordered food from outside. The room and bathroom were not properly clean. There was no restriction for going out and coming back. It was a secure place to stay.

A couple of hours before we could check in we received a call that there was water problem in this resort and that they were making alternate arrangements at Rainbow resort nearby. Out of curiosity when we visited evergreen resort we found that it was let out to some one else and we were shifted to accomodate them. No one was available there to offer proper explanation and we had to stay in cheaper rooms at Rainbow resort.

Best suited for a group of tourists intended for couple of days stay and self cooking. All amenities for dining is locally available for free of cost. However please make sure to communicate the number of persons well in advance to avoid onsite disputes

The hotel situated in heart of Valparai. Easy accessibility to sight seeing places. Independent stay, no one interrupt our privatise. Parking only concern.
