The ambience was nice... but the food was quite expensive... very limited vegetarian options ... rooms with sitout areas are comparatively small but they were well maintained...
The staff was polite.. overall a nice resort. but very expensive

Highly disappointed by the way management look at their customers.
I have one genuine case where my vehicle got breakdown while I was on the way to hotel and I had to reach out to Mahad (Tehsil), Raigad for getting the vehicle repaired at service center.
Since I have 13 months old child, I decided to return to Mumbai instead of reaching hotel to avoid any other panic. I tried reaching hotel management next day requesting for a date change instead of refund but it was clearly refused.

The resort location is excellent. Just near the beach. However, rooms are a bit clunky and specially the bed isnt enough to occupy 2 adults and 1 toddler

Property is worty Rs. 3500 only. Do not spend your hard earn money for staying in this property. Its a old property and need renovation. They do not provide air purifier as mentioned. Reception number does not work. Cottages are in field and you have to walk. Washrooms are pretty old and unhygienic. They dont provide toilet paper also even on request. Restaurant food is less than average. Only benefit is this is near to beach. Rest service and amenity wise hotel is far behind. Go for other resor ...more
