Walkable from diveagar beach. Nice peaceful stay surrounded by. Breakfast alongwith lunch was good. Worth for money.

we had stayed for 2 days with family. Property is well maintained, staff is also good. There was many food options for breakfast which was good. This resort is 2 km from main beach, so you have take your vehicle everytime whenever you want to go to beach.

our stay at exotica, by the sea was really great! the room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful entrance the staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions/ and beaches. will surely recommend !!

I travelled here for 1D1N stay with my wife and 5month old daughter. Property is nice but at night the lights all over the property are very dim. I literally had to use phone torch to get to my room. They have a small pond in every walkway outside the room. That was not clean at all. So many frogs use to sit across the pathway. We had to hush them away every time while leaving the room or coming back to the room. These frogs are open invitation for serpents as well. Please be careful while roami ...more
