With no electricity backup, I had to stay without electricity and they didn't even refund for the same.
Slow internet connection.

First of all its not hotel. Its guest house. Guest house staff was not good at all. They won't provide essentials like Blanket (even there is so cold in atmosphere in Pune during winter season),They wont provide food facility. They provide menu card of some other hotel and number on that menu card was never reachable to order to the food. Guest house staff was not good and friendly. Plenty of mosquitoes inside the room. Good location. Very narrow approach road. AC didn't work, smells of cigarettes, not provided soap, Toothpaste.
