most pathetic stay experience.
the rooms were not cleaned and the room that was given to us was already opened. beds were not clean, and bedsheets were used one. didn't dare to use the blanket because of it's horrible situation. ac remote was not working and a very bad odour was present in the room. toilet seats were not present. worst management ever. also the staff behavior was very unprofessional.
