average , bad and cozy rooms, not cleaned , dirty bedsheets , towels , bad smail in the room, no house keeping assistance until u approach , mostly its for couples... not suitable for family. average food quality. less amenities, dirtyness .

47% discount and finally landed into a disaster hotel. Superior room is like a store room. no proper service, AC was not working almost whole night as electricity was not there and generator was just for glowing bulbs and running fan. 4:30 am like Not even generator working, full dark room without any electricity. 1000 rs more and u may get a good sleep at least. Staff was cooperative to some extent

customers decision on booking is primarily based on how the property is looking. the basic rooms are much smaller and with less and poor amenities.

great location, near New Delhi Station and RK ashram metro station. great service and very helpful staff. rooms a bit small. bathroom needs more cleaning safety, facilities and behaviour

+'s 1. Near to the railway/metro station 2. Clean Room 3. Customer satisfaction checking by FAB Hotel employee - Johny -'s 1. Staffs are very arrogant and impolite 2. No menu for breakfast 3.
