They called me up to day tht the booked 3star hotel is having water leakage and electrical issues so they are transferring me to another hotel and the fare is more but i will bot be charged extraI agreed, i had paid for 2 nights stay double occupancyThe provided hotel was a single star hotel, no amenities , no intercom, average linen quality, below average bfastWhen i queried hotel staff they were unaware of transfer

Useless room, rude and unprofessional staff. Not at all safe for couple or family.Even the problems were not attended by the receptionist even after several reminders.
