plenty of cockroach 🪳 in whole room & wash rooms blanked were dirty for not provide towel also very dirty room & wash rooms

They have mentioned that they provide Air conditioned room but their AC was non functional and despite repeated requests, they never bothered to do anything about it. There was no TV. It was raining in jaipur when i resided there and the rain water was percolating through the windows into the room.The fan was so slow because of the amount of dust it had and they didn't bother to get it cleaned and seeing no other option i had to do that myself so that i can sleep peacefully in the hot weather.Terrible experience!!!
