room no 201, dirty washroom, dirty and dumped balcony, taps not working, 24 hour room service is not available, bedsheet is dirty and hole.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials

Comfortable check in with welcome drinks. The lobby is very attractive. Cleaning is perfect. Convenient location very near to the metro station.I will recommend this hotel.
