Hotel is good. but Am not satisfied with the receptionist. I went her to ask a query but suddenly she opened my watsapp and gave rating 5 by herself from my mobile without my permission. Rating is something depends upon customer satisfaction but shouldn't grab and do it on demand.

Pathetic experience with Bro (Alco or Smoke or Brothel) holic hotel. Booked a family room without knowing about it., the room was small with no proper amenities. Mentioned a king size bed but attached with a double+single bed. No space to keep your things. It's a very packed room. AC is not working fine. Even after reporting the same no one cared about it. Displayed everywhere no smoking, but full of smoking inside the rooms. No water is provided. When we asked about it, they replied, I need to ...more
