One of the most disgusting and pathetic hotel I have ever came across. Staff particularly manager's behaviour was such as if he is the owner of the hotel and letting us to stay for free. Such rude and unprofessional behaviour by each of them. Never ever book this hotel otherwise you'll be treated like slaves. Completely dirty and messy rooms and ambience.

Hotel has very poor maintenance of rooms. Walls & ceilings have lots of red spots, there are paint peel off, bathroom fittings are rusted, hard bed mattress & pillows and geyser not working. Initially, the check in was made in the worst room and on complaint, we were shifted to a premium category room but the conditions were not much different.

Overall a good experience at the premises. The location was good, clean and spacious rooms. The staff are good and cordial. And the food was outstanding as per taste and quality wise. Everything was good, only the bathroom needs a little bit of improvement. The toilet seat was broken and the jet spray was not working.

1. The staff is very cordial and helpful and well behaved 2. The room is spacious 3. Walkable distance to Belur Math 4. Food is very tasty and reasonably priced
