WORST HOTEL STAY EVER !!!
Don't book this hotel in Hyderabad at all. They are not at all bothered about customer service. No proper staffing. Rude and unbothered staff. No kitchen or restaurant to provide food. No security even at night..
I arrived late at night as my flight got delayed. Was waiting outside the gate to enter the hotel at Midnight. There was no watchman/security. No contact no of the hotel anywhere to get help. It took 45 mins to reach out to them through Goibibo customer ser ...more
