the rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable

We had a very bad experience during our stay in the hotel room. Firstly, the room size was not the same and it was quite smaller than they have published in their pictures. Secondly, most of the basic required things were missing in the room such as,water bottles, cutlery,toilet papers,tissues,water drainage in washroom,microwave,freezer and we had to make multiple calls to the hotel staff to get each and every thing. The amount that we paid for the hotel was not justified, really disappointed.
