it is an pathethic experience. we reached the hotel around midnight still then they demanded extra cash and check in was denied. Please don't visit this hotel

After entering the hotel at 12.55 AM, the hotel in-charge demanded extra 500. If you give money in person, you will have to pay, then stand for a long time and give.

While booking the amenities were shown fridge, and stove available. Just a kettle I required to make hot water they told the kettle they don't provide. I just checked in yesterday and around 3.45 pm I asked for the coffee they provided. But the restaurant manager is saying coffee will not be available anytime of the day. I am still on my stay until 8 th. Laundry service the guy is saying less then 10 clothes he will not wash . Very bad service on the first day itself I experienced. Still I am staying until 8 th June

The staff is very very arrogant and careless. They don't even provide basic things like soap or shampoo pouch.. don't change bedsheets for many days. The restaurant is pathetic and take 40-45 mins to serve basic food orders. No communication if they are delivering late and on top of that they argue. The food taste is just hopeless.. You would barely see any customers dining here.. bad service..
