Too many problems for a Deluxe room. It did not had even basic facilities of a normal room.
AC does not cool.
No Hot water for bath.
No intercom for raising any issues with reception.
Wifi does not work and the staff does not know the password.
Shower is broken.
Bed springs are out. Feels like you are sleeping on steel bed.

Clean and secure environment. Staff was attentive and helped us with quick service. Bathroom had a small drainage issue, but it was sorted out promptly.

Had a decent stay. Hot water worked fine. Found a stain on bedsheet initially, but staff replaced it quickly.

No Geyer , No Hot water, No Lift , AC is not cooling and even TV is not working . Very and Very Bad hotel. No Restaurant, NoTea Coffee facility , No cool water , no service person.

The check- in experience was good. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate 4 persons. But the room needs maintenance along with wall paints, door handles, cupboard handles, drawers. Good for solo travellers. Location is also good and next to the main road.
