ये हॉटेल सिर्फ नाम से ही लेक विव हे बहुत थर्ड क्लास हॉटेल है उधर गलती से भी मत जाओ उदर का स्टाफ बहुत चुतीया हे

लेक व्यू होटल, यहाँ कुछ भी साफ नहीं है, रिसेप्शन पर कर्मचारी बहुत बुरे हैं, रिसेप्शनिस्ट को बोलना भी नहीं आता, दो मेहमानों के लिए केवल एक तौलिया दिया जाता है?

लेक व्यू होटल का स्टाफ बहुत बेवकूफ है, वो कैश मांगते हैं, ये बात वो फोन पर भी बताते हैं और वहां जाने के बाद रिसेप्शनिस्ट और पैसे मांगता है।

the only thing I liked is the behaviour of the staff there polite their nice they are very helpful but the property was not good at all in terms of cleaning the rooms were so dirty full of spider webs dirt and dust washroom were not clean at all I will not prefer to stay there again I ordered food the food was cold taste was very average the gravy or the non veg that I ordered that was hot rest everything like rice and roti and other that was cold there is no lift balconys are so dirty in the co ...more

Staff was asking ₹ 300 for early check-in as i reached the hotel at around 7AM at reception I was told you come either after 11AM or pay ₹ 300

The rooms are large and clean....hotel is baout 10 mins from Pune Airport.Staff is good and Cooperative...Overall Good Experience

just a name sake hotel..dirty and no running water in sink..no dustbin..no working lift..basically nothing.They need to work hard on service.
